The Volatile Gigginox is a subspecies of Gigginox that prefers warmer caves. Its glow in the Gem Chasm fits with the glow of gemstones. Better hope this creep isn't above you, or it'll drip explosive spit all over you.

Volatile Gigginox
	This species of Gigginox lives in warmer areas than its counterpart, but that doesn't make it any less sneaky. Its spit is able to explode. In addition to that, the Giggis from the eggs it lays can explode as well!

Physiology

This subspecies of Gigginox is slightly smaller than the original, helping it fit into tighter caverns. The spit it uses is a glowing orange color. Its body is a bright green with a dark grey underbelly. The glowing spots on the body are also an orange color instead of purple. When enraged, instead of the whole body changing color, the Volatile Gigginox gains red markings on various parts of its body.

Behavior

The Volatile Gigginox behaves quite similarly to the original. It is very territorial and will pick a spot in the caverns to lay their eggs. They will eat most monsters that come into their territory. They can avoid predators quite easily by walking along ceilings. It has been noted that in some cases, they form small colonies together.

Abilities

The Volatile Gigginox spits much like its cousins as its main way of attacking. However, this Gigginox's spit explodes. It's sticky, and it only takes a short time before it ignites. It'll also lay eggs, but the Giggis that hatch from these eggs can explode as well. Physically, it fights similarly to its cousins.
