The Soiled Barrel Bomb is a bomb that explodes out a stinking aura all across the singular area that it explodes in - this forces all monsters within the vicinity to leave: this includes all small monsters and forces large monsters to change areas. If you use 2 Soiled Barrel Bombs within the same vicinity as a large monster, it will force the large monster to leave the locale for good (this is useful against invasive monsters but be very careful not to use if the quest target monster is present).
