Bird Wyverns found high in the mountains. Lozikra feathers are often sought after for decorations, but people tracking them for such are in for a shock.

Physiology[]
Lozikra are Bird Wyverns with a similar shape and size to Hypnocatrice. They resemble a cross between the Himalayan Monal Pheasant and a Peacock. Their back, wings, and the top of their heads are covered in metallic-looking blue feathers, while the rest of their body feathers are black. They have medium length tails that are covered by large metallic green feathers. These feathers can open like a Peacock’s.
Behavior[]
Lozikra are not aggressive monsters but they tend to be standoffish. The mothers form small flocks together to protect their young. They reside in mountain ranges, but avoid the peaks where Varbarvros rule.
Abilities[]
Lozikra are armed with the Thunder element. The feathers covering their tail easily conduct electricity that it can use to enhance its attacks over the course of three charge stages, including the uncharged state.. It can whip these tail feathers forward to throw them, usually in sets of three. These can later be detonated by Lozikra. It does so by sending electricity to them, causing a big thunderbolt where the feather was. Depending on the charge of Lozikra’s electricity, the detonation will cause bigger bolts, with the max charge causing multiple bolts at the location. Sometimes, the feathers won’t be completely destroyed, and can be picked up. Lozikra has a peck attack similar to Yian Kut-ku’s. When charged up, this peck will be infused with the thunder element. When maxed out, bursts of lightning come out of every peck. When charged up, Lozikra can send a gust of wind infused with lightning forward with its wings. When at max charge for too long, Lozikra will shake its tail feathers and move all the electricity to one feather. It will then throw the feather, releasing its charge, causing a large and bright lighting strike. This can be seen very well from other areas.
