Bijousaka is a Fanged Wyvern that is well known for adorning themselves in gems.
Physiology[]
Bijousaka are highly reminiscent of a Frilled Lizard. Their scales are a bright orange, with some red here and there and on their frills. They posses a lithe and athletic frame, which they can use to their advantage in combat. The most striking aspect of them, beyond their massive frill that they raise to show aggression, is their overall body, which is covered in crystals and gems. The more rare and precious the jewel, the more prominently they are placed on their body. They have almost always been seen with a large crystal attached to the end of their tail.
Behavior[]
Bijousaka are very calm and quiet beasts, likely due to their nearly permanent subterranean lifestyle. They pay almost no mind to humans, even actively ignoring them in some cases. To other monsters, they become slightly territorial, but never make the first move. This is likely due to their immense pride over their gem encrusted skin, and not wanting it to be damaged in any way. However, once they are provoked, they will fight with reckless abandon, almost as if they want to be done as soon as possible. They feed primarily on insects, Vespoids being a common choice.
Abilities[]
Bijousaka, as can be guessed from their appearance, are able to use the many gems adorning their hide. They can throw them, crush them, and even hold them in between their fingers to enhance their claw attacks. These gems have an odd quirk to them, being that if they are applied to a surface that isn't the monster's hide, they will crack and eventually violently shatter. These shards can cling to a target's skin, before eventually shattering once again, making them especially dangerous. A likely explanation for this bizarre phenomenon is their control of the Earth Element. They can shoot projectiles of this element from their mouths, or even coat their tails and claws in it, adding the element to their physical attacks.

Attacks[]
Bijousaka shares many basic physical attacks with other Fanged Wyverns, but will prioritize it's own.
Calm[]
- Gem Toss: The Bijousaka will thrust it's body forward, sending three gems flying off that will land on the ground and explode shortly afterwards. Inflicts crystallization.
- Double Swipe: Bijousaka will swipe with one claw, followed by swiping with the other one.
- Gem Encrusted Claws: The Bijousaka will rear up and grab it's back with it's claws, and then put them back on the ground, now with small gems held in between it's fingers. Now, all of it's claw attacks will inflict Crystallization.
- Mud Spit: The Bijousaka will rear up and quickly spit out some mud from it's mouth. Inflicts Earthblight.
- Triple Head Swing: The Bijousaka will hiss and then swing it's head at a target three times, moving forward with each one.
- Rock Throw: The Bijousaka will quickly dig into the ground and throw up some dirt, causing four small rocks to be sent forward. Sometimes, one of these rocks will be a gem, that will inflict Crystallization.
- Tail Smack: The Bijousaka will raise it's tail and swing it in front of it, aiming to hit them with the crystal on it's tail. Inflicts Crystallization.
- Keep Rolling, Rolling: The Bijousaka will quickly roll its entire body over on top of a target.
- Radiant Jewel: The Bijousaka will grab a shining blue gem from it's arm and throw it, causing it to rupture in midair, sending shards flying in a circle. Inflicts Crystallization.
Enraged[]
- Earth Enhancement: The Bijousaka will plunge either it's tail or it's arms into the ground and pull it back out, covering it in dirt and mud. For a brief time, all of it's attacks with that body part will inflict Earthblight.
- Tail Stabs: Much like Velkhana, the Bijousaka will raise it's tail up and attempt to stab the target with it. can be performed up to three times in a row.
- Shake It Off: The Bijousaka will hiss and then shake it's entire body, causing crystals to fall off of it shatter on the ground. Inflicts Crystallization.
- Fast Feet: Now, the Bijousaka will get up on it's hind legs and quickly run towards a target if it needs to cover distance.
- Crystalline Crush: Bijousaka's signature attack. It will shake it's entire body, causing gems to fall down in front of it. It will then rear up and drop it's full body weight on top of the gems, causing them to shatter in an explosion of gem shards around it. The Bijousaka will taunt afterwards. Inflicts Crystallization.

Meishu Koataur: The Bijousaka will roar while the Meishu Koataur screeches. The Bijousaka will then punce on the Meishu Koataur, dealing 2000 damage. The Meishu Koataur will then grab the Bijousaka's head with it's claw and slam it onto the ground, dealing 2000 damage. (Outcome: Tie)
